Driver Incentives

We are looking for drivers to be out a minimum of 10 days. Depending on your home location, some drivers get through the house more often if you live on a route we deliver to or load out of. We are looking for drivers with a clean MVR and a work history that shows a minimum of two years’ experience with a work history that reflects commitment and dedication.

Pay Per Mile

  • Our drivers right now are starting at 63 cents per mile. 21 cents of that is per diem. You also receive $20.00 dollars for first additional stop and $40.00 for any stops after the first additional. Our drivers average around 2800 - 3200 miles per week. All of our trucks are Kenworth; trucks available W900's and T600's both with CAT engines and 18-speed transmissions, T660's with automatic 10-speed and clutch, T680's with 18-speed and full-auto transmission configurations and both with PACCAR engines.

Sign On Bonus

  • We offer a sign-on BONUS of $2400.00 paid in $600 increments quarterly until the completion at which time they are given 2 cents per mile raise to compensate.

Pay Increase

  • Drivers are given ½ cents per mile on their year anniversary date. Upon Safety Review*

Progressive Retention Bonus

  • Drivers that are loyal to the company will receive a progressive retention bonus every 5-year anniversary mark. You will receive an additional 1 cent per mile at each 5 year achievement adding 1 penny every 5 years (5 is 1 cpm, 10 is 2 cpm, 15 is 3 cpm, etc.) and this is on top of the ½ cent per mile pay increases.

Holiday Pay

  • We do offer holiday pay for the following five holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, and The 4th of July. Thanksgiving and Christmas. Standard holiday pay is $200.00 per holiday; you only receive holiday pay for the holidays that you choose to work.

Vacation Pay

  • We offer vacation pay for our drivers. Vacation pay is based off the previous 51 weeks of work. The average of your previous 51 weeks will be paid to you on your 52-week mark Upon Safety Review.*

Upon Safety Review*

We review periodically a drivers safety performance record and evaluate how much if any accidents incidents or claims are attributable to the driver and make adjustments as necessary.

Recruiting Bonus

  • Once hired, we offer a recruiting program as an incentive for our drivers to bring other qualified drivers to our company. If you choose to take part in this program, you can receive a bonus of $2400 (paid in $600/quarter increments) once the recruited driver starts employment. During the first 6 months, it would be your responsibility to help with any questions that the recruited driver might have regarding company procedures or redirect them to the proper person as needed. We take pride in our Team Leaders and functioning as a whole so that everyone succeeds.

Detention and Layover Pay

  • We offer detention pay, $20.00 an hour after the first two hours and up to eight hours on all stops. To qualify for detention pay, you must arrive prior to your appointment time or scheduled arrival time, send both your arrival call and your check call via in-cab device as well as send message in a door or dock; or not in a door or dock two hours after your appointment time. Those must be sent via in-cab device as well. You must also notify dispatch at the two-hour mark so that we can notify the shipper that we will be requesting detention. We also offer Layover Pay of $75 for any 24-hour period of unannounced delay due to customer wait, natural disaster and/or day of downtime if under repair or extended maintenance and required to sit. .

Lanes

  • We run out of the Midwest to all parts of Florida. We have runs out of the Florida area that run back into the Midwest mainly Oklahoma, Texas, and Denver. We have runs from Missouri to Florida, and Florida to as far as California. We try not to go to any states in the North East or North West.

Fueling

  • We use both QuikQ and EFS for our fuel cards. RFID fueling at all major Loves Truckstops as well as EFS card swipe at pump for the fuel stops that don't support RFID yet or at drivers discretion either way.

Healthcare & Retirement

  • We offer health care and dental coverage through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas on the next 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • We offer supplemental coverage through Aflac.
  • Up to 4% matching 401K contributions if you put in 5%.
  • Life Insurance and more options as needed.

Equipment

  • WE ARE ADDING BACK UP CAMERA SYSTEMS ON ALL EQUIPMENT
  • All trucks are equipped with ELDs.
  • We have DirecTV in-motion satellite TV with DVRs in all our trucks. We also have NFL packages and major movie channels.
  • Power Inverter
  • APU (also with an inverter)
  • We also have cameras in all our trucks. They are there for safety-related issues. If you have a safety-related incident, then the cameras will ensure you are cleared of liability so that you still receive your bonuses.
  • Qualcomm or Samsara
  • Bestpass and IPass (EZPass) for tolling.
  • Either PrePass or DriveWyse for weigh station bypass.

Home Time

  • We ask to be out at least 10 days at a time.
  • For every week you are out, you receive two days at home.
  • Home time must be requested 7 days prior to time off so that planning may be made.
  • We also have vehicles at our home terminal that are available for our drivers to use locally at any time or to take home if they are due for time off if their truck is in the shop for extended maintenance. You do have to live within a 200-mile radius to be able to take the company vehicles home unless first approved.
